If you are donating photos and don’t’ want to get many emails sent back to you please follow these rules/tips.

1. Have them in a .zip file so we don’t have to save them 1 by 1.
2. Make sure you have the name of the event/photoshoot/movie ect.  and the date they where taken [if available]
3. Please make sure if you are donating more than one set they are in separate folders named with the event/photoshoot/movie ect.
4. Please have your name and email or name and site url in the message body so we can credit you.
5. Make sure they are free of tags, unless tagged versions are the only available.

That’s it! We may add to this so please make sure to read it EVERY TIME you are going to donate.

Please note using photos as payment from our design site does not get you credit as they where payment. (example: You paid me for something and I bought an I Pad. You can’t say you bought me the I pad because the money was mine.)
